Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment, we are reserving that time for you. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide 24-hours notice. This allows us time to schedule another service to fill the providers schedule.

Failure to provide at least 24-hours notice when cancelling may result in a required deposit for future appointments, subject to management’s determination of history or habit.

As always, we understand that there are things outside of your control that may cause cancellation. If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact a receptionist to do so.

*In the event that you no-show your appointment, we reserve the right to require a deposit for all future appointments*

Credit / Debit Card Policy

If you are paying with a card, you will be charged 3% in service fees.
